Just to the northwest of the U.S. 101 is the vibrant community that is Goleta. Home to UCSB, Lake Los Carneros open space, Ellwood cliffs, a growing tech industry, the Camino Real marketplace, large citris ranches and our areas more affordable housing, Nicknamed "The Good Land", Goleta is truely a wonderful place to call home! Enjoy a weekend surfing famous Campus Point, head to the Bacara Resort & Spa or take a bike ride along the established bike path which starts at Modoc Road and ends at UCSB. Goleta is regarded as producing some of the finest citrus in the world and is celebrated annually during the California Lemon Fesival, September 24th and 25th.
