Welcome to Santa Barbara!

 

Mediterranean-style white stucco buildings with red-tile roofs symbolize Santa Barbara's Spanish heritage. Santa Barbara, spanish for "Saint Barbara" was founded in 1786 and has a population of around 93,000. The city lies between the Ynez Mountains and the Pacific Ocean also giving it the name "American Riviera" where the sea meets the mountains.

 

With plentiful shopping on State Street, wine tasting at the Funk Zone, hiking and sunshine, you can count that you will stay happily entertained. Also with Santa Barbara being a short distance from Los Angeles, Big Sur, Mammoth, Ojai and Solvang, you can have a easy weekend adventure.
