Chris is a veteran Santa Barbara area Realtor who is experienced in representing principals navigate the real estate sales process since 2001. Santa Barbara born & raised, Chris’s 45 years of living in the community provides his clients with deep-rooted local knowledge. Local Real Estate is a Family affair, having been raised in a family of realtors. Chris has been committed to assisting his clients for over 23 years as a licensed professional. Prior to becoming a full time Agent, Chris was a mortgage broker/banker for 10 years. His combined background in Real Estate Finance & Real Estate Sales, is a unique and valuable asset he provides those looking to acquire or sell real estate in the Santa Barbara area.
